Just wanted to bring this to people’s attention. There’s a thread going on over at Drum Corps Planet discussing corps that people would like to bring back. Specifically, they’re coming at it from “you get to pick two corps from each region of the country”.

I'd bring back the Clinton Nee-Hi's. Love ladies in plaid.
After being in the Knights during his corp years, my brother worked with the Nee-Hi's. His wife and sister in laws were in the corp. They played at his wedding reception.
I marched in a number of corps here in iowa… eye-openers, royal chevaliers, emerald knights, colts and instructed the Midwest Express for a short time. Thats what the nee hi's changed their name to after they admitted guys.
Yeah. I was in the Nee Hi's.
This brought a tears to my eyes. How heartwarming to hear Nee-Hi's were missed. I too marched in them from 1968-1975, then I joined Guardsmen from Schaumburg,Il. Another corps I would love to bring back. And also the Knights from Geneseo,Il. These corps will live on in our hearts and memories forever.By the way David….did you date my sister, Sandra from Nee-Hi's?
I wrote maybe two letters to some girl named Sandy but I think the crayon may have been a turn off. I was only 10 when I marched in the Eye-Openers. I was the little snare drummer.
