Just received this from Stan Maddox.
Mary Jordan, beloved drum corps mom and mother of corps member John Jordan, passed away Friday, July 30, 2010.
We’ve lost both Ma and Pa Jordan this summer, so please say extra prayers for John, his sisters and their families. There is a special place in heaven for Drum Corps Moms, and you can bet that Ma is there right now cooking a fresh batch of spag for us. Remember, “If you leave hungry it’s your own dang fault!”
We love ya Ma, always have, always will. Rest in peace.
So, in case you hadn’t noticed, I moved (and redesigned) the Knights website over the last day or two. If you’re viewing this from facebook or twitter, please stop by the new site. If you’re already here, please, take a look around and let me know what you think via my contact form. There’s more that I’m going to work on, but I think this is a good point to ask for feedback. Thanks for your input and support.
Hey everyone, just wanted to let you know that I’m switching web hosting companies for this site. I’m not real happy with the current host, and have started working with another web host for other projects. They’re located in the US (unlike our current host), have servers in the US, are carbon neutral, and aren’t any more expensive than our current host. There’s other nice features that they have, but I won’t bore you with the technical stuff.
Hopefully, there won’t be any issues with downtime, and you won’t notice any difference. However, with any big switch like this, there could very easily be some issues, so I just wanted to warn everyone in advance.
Thanks for your support.
** UPDATE **
As most of you can probably tell, the site has now moved. Â There’s a few things that might not work for a little bit, but hopefully things will be much more usable once I’m done. Â All of the posts and pages should at least still be in place.
